Recharge issue

Inspite of several email and phone calls to customer care executive and nodal officers nothing has moved with respect to our complaint.

Our customer id is:3000970815

following is the trail mail for refrence:-

Guy's,

If doesn't get resolved in next one hour I'm making police compolaint.

I'm not makeing any calls henceforth for this issue. It's been real irritant and mental harrashment for me and my family.

You guy's are cheating us with our hard earned money.

Dear Ops Manager,

I want your urgent intervention on to get my account balance corrected by rupees 310.Please Find the My A/C Statement detail

Case summary:-

Ø Refilled my account with above mentioned amount = 16th Feb’11

Ø When checked on 18th Feb’11 services were not working

Ø Logged complaint on 18th Feb’11 and on 19th

Ø case id =5517964

Ø Till 20th Feb’11 issue is not resolved.

Ø I had spoken to various customer care executive (Siddharth, Priyam, Mayur, Praveen) and none could resolve the query today spoke to supervisor Monika and Rahul But she kept on speaking on different topic and was very rude and aggressive.

Made me feel as if I’m a beggar and she’s doing great favor by listening to me and finally disconnected the call.

I have only two question for you:-

1. When will this error get corrected?

2. What do you have to say about the customer service provided by your executives and supervisor? Do you recommend that we should stop your services because your team can’t manage it well?
