Respected Sir,

My Name is Ravi. I am From Ahmedabad. I am the Customer Of BSNL Broadband Service. My Landline Number where the broadband is connected is&(079) 27516864.Yesterday When I got a bill from BSNL I had charged 149 rs for modchg (music on demand charging). When I called your toll Free number 1800 209 7010 your call represententive had not given me satisfied reply. He just told me that your scheme is activated from 20th july. From that day onwards I never got any mail, call or msg in any means of communication from your side.i want to know your process of billing. I was charged 149 rs/month from last 9 months and i was not informed even once in such a long time. I want the proof that i was agreed to this scheme of music on demand. I asked him the contact numbers from where I can get further information but he just said he didn't have any such numbers. Take your Pardon Sir, but if I will not be given any proof or any such evidence I have no option but to go to consumer court. Please Do the Necessary Steps and Cancel this service from now onwards.
