When i was booking online tickets at BIGCINEmas.com on 02/03
5 tickets for the first time i received the following error.
" due to some technical error your booking is not done, however your payement has been deducted. Kindly contaxt us at [email protected] for your refund.
second time i have booked 6 tickets they are booked.
Please do the needful and for refund my money of 5 tickets as soon as possible.
