On 24th March I been with my frnd to watch movie "Alice in wonderland"in BIG CINEMA TGIP MALL NOIDA which is suppose to start on 9.30 Am when we reach to cinema ticket window come to know this show is cancelled without any prior information later we decide to go for "saapith" it was morning show which start at 10.20 am, so ticket cost was Rs 49.00, but when we reach the ticket window we come to know that we need to pay Rs 50 extra for combo pack (*Combo Pack mean we need to purchase a coupons for snacks along with the movie ticket), however it is not applicable for those who booked there tickets online.
later I decide to purchase the same so the cost of combo is Rs 49 (for movie) 50 (for coupon) so the cost of one ticket is Rs 99 and cost for two ticket is 198 however they charged Rs 200 from my credit card. so my compliant is that why they did not inform customer about the compulsory combo pack and about show cancellation, why did they charged Rs 200 instead of Rs 198, and on coupon it is mentioned that in Rs 50 you will get the above mentioned item however nothing is being mentioned on the coupons, four picture is printed on the coupons which is for popcorn, burger, coldrink and one more item, when I been to redeem the coupon to the counter during interval they said only small fountain cold drink and popcorn is available against the coupon, even when i did try to meet the Manager of Big cinema he is not available there.
