Cheating by not refunding

Dear gopal,

There has been just a communication from a lady from lucknow office, that the refund mail has just been dropped to the accounts dept., and I have to wait for another 45 days to get the refund, which I am not sure about becoz again the information was on phone not on mail.

This is no solution... It is cheating and fraud since u people have no policy of anything.
