I am a Dish TV Customer. I started facing problems in signal connectivity on Sunday, 20th Feb.
This is to state that after lodging complaint to DishTV Customer Care on 20th Feb., the complaint has not beeen looked into. It has been 5 days and no technician from Dish TV has visited my location. Every day, when we have called the customer care, the customer care executive tell us that some one would visit to correct the fault. But no one has actually had. After several reminders every day my complaint has not been considered.
The complaint number is 54436198. My Dish TV VC no is 01511820136.
I would request you to look into this matter with immediate effect.
