I purchased 3 movie DVDs from the said compnay on line vide order # IN 14 Feb 8221072 on 14th February and payment of the cost of DVDS amounting to Rs. 857/- was made vide credit card. More than 2 and half months have passed inspite of my repeated email to the company to execute the order and/or refund my money I am still to receive the DVDs I have having with me the receipt in proof of having received the payment by them. Please look into the matter
