Credit Card pymnts REFUSED

This is a complaint about E-Square Box-office staff.

Date - Nov 28 Show - 11.30pm show Staff - Ganesh & Tushar @Box Office, saying that credit-card settlement-statement for the day was done already.

We were refused payment by CREDIT-CARD atleast 10 mins before the show and DID NOT see the movie because on the ensuing delay.

Simon Sandhya- Manager, questioned the 2 staff-members who were then apologetic. But we missed the movie.

Also, this is not the 1st time this has happened at E-Square, I have personally been refused and later permitted to use my Credit-card; atleast on 4-5 earlier ocassions.

Please be more patron-friendly.
