I joined a company - M/s Events and Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd (Website - www.eandsp.co.in). on 2nd April at its New Delhi Office located at Old Rajinder Nagar. On this day I was asked by a senior person of this company to leave for Ahmedabad for Tata Nano promotional activity of the company. Same day I left for Ahmedabad and started working there. After a week I was asked to go to Baroda for the similar work and I went. In Baroda the company had no permission from local Administration of Baroda for carrying out such type of activity but I was made to work there.
During this period I requested my Senior several times for reimbursement of thousands of Rupees I had incurred during travelling and daily expenses but the company paid me only Rs. 1500/-. The actual expense was however more than Rs. 5000/-. On 21st I got a surprise. I was asked by my senior to quit the job.
This company had assured me the monthly salary of Rs. 18, 000/- Per Month before joining. I was not not issued the appointment letter
Prior to this company I was working with Phoenix Duo Matrix where I was drawing monthly salary of Rs. 17, 500/- Per Month. Here I was working since the last more than 5 Years.
After reaching Delhi when I contacted my senior for salary and reimbursement, I was told that the document in support of my previous employment was fake and I was threatened of legal action. But I proved its authenticity by giving the reference of top management executive of my previous company.
Despite several requests the company neither paid my salary nor allowances.
Due to false assurance of the company I had to suffer huge damages.
Can I expect the concerned authority will take appropriate action?
