FIVE STAR HOTEL "THE FERN"
MISBEHAVED BY HOTEL MANAGEMENT

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that Myself Mr & Mrs Kapil Kapoor checked in Five Star Hotel “The Fern”, New Delhi on 02.10.10 in “Room No: - 218” and Checked out on 04.10.10.

After staying for two days we checked out on 04.10.10 and on the same day the Hotel Care Taker misbehaved with us and blamed that the Weighing Machine of our room was missing.

In this awkward situation we have to open our luggage and baggage for their verification.

But soon the hotel management repented for their mistake and found that the fault was of the house keeper.

Even though they regretted for their mistake then also we felt insulted and thus want to appeal for a complaint against the above hotel so that other customers may think ten times before residing in the same hotel.

So I advice personally avoid to stay in the hotel.
