Non delivery of prize

It has been 9 months and i didn't get my cellphone samsung guru which i won in cornetto contest held by kwality walls and company names hindustan unilever limited.they are not telling me anything about this and i think one of their employee has eaten up my cellphone.kindly solve this problem
