Dishtv dth recharge not received but bank debit for rs.500.00

I ve recharge my dish tv dth connection v.c no.01511959986 through vide order no.37047658 for rs.500.00

But my bank debited rs.500.00 and unsuccessful dish tv recharge massage received from paytm.

Hence i requested your goodself pls arrange to wether recharge my dth connection or reverse my amount rs.500.00 to my bank account.

Please do the needful and oblige
