This complaint is regard to the reinstallation of our Airtel digital TV- I had called up and register for reinstallation of the same on the 1st of July and they told me the same would be done with in 3 working days after i recharge the account with 300Rs and the same had been done but its more than 45days and they haven't turned up to reinstall it while are very prompt in deducting the daily rental charges even though we aren't using it.
we called up and reported on 15th July why it is not installed even after recharge and what they say is they don't have technician to install the same and it would be done by 20th July but they haven't found time to install it till date. If a company can't service its clients the why give out new subscription when its pathetic at servicing end. The distance between the old and new residence is less than 100mts and such a bad experience when we are ready to spend money to have the same shifted.
I am getting tortured by the landlady of my old house, she is calling up every alternate day and asking when would the same be removed from the terrace and the wire lining inside the house.
I would like to file a complaint with minimum 50000Rs compensation for all the agony, frustration and irratition we are still undergoing because of the same.
