Due to some generalised reason of uploading some software i've not been getting the signal for the past 7 days & the problem is still continuing. i contacted the customer care of the company but its of no use. they are not giving any proper response & i h've to suffer for the same. since it is a general fault the company should have taken proper care thereof which it has not taken.i hope that they do take proper action or do ih've the option of going to the consumer redresal forum.
