Airtel Digital TV -ID No.3000624246. Newly subscribed for 3 channels. Complained 6 days ago, i.e. on 21.4.11 that I could nt get connected to these channels. They mentioned they will send local engineer for realignment of dish. But, till today nobody attended despite my complaining to customer care several times. Why shall they accept what they cannot do? Can they attend at least now?
