Cheating the payment

Hi,

I am Vivekanandan C. I am using Airtel for more than one service. I am using Airtel for my prepaid mobiles, Postpaid landlines and Broadband connections and also for my DTH. On 21 March I made a payment for a Recharge. For that payment they sent me a mail having the following details Invoice Number, Product Code, Product, Amount. That's All and It doesn't have the Transaction ID. Unfortunately My DTH is not recharged so I dialed the customer care. They told me to provide the transaction ID and hang off the phone suddenly without any notification to hanging off. They also locked my option to contact customer care through customer care number. I called them only once, for that they locked my option to cantact customer care? They are not providing correct solution for this. I need solution for this issue. I can go forward for this case to any extent. Also tell me How to file a court case against them.
