Land line is having heavy noise as a result of which can get net connected. Have lodged complaint for several times for the last TWO months. No one ever have come or rectified.
This way I will be forced to switch over the other Telephone service provider and that could only appear to be the solution. It appears as if upper managment does not have ears to respond to such complaints.
It is realy shame on the part of Management who cannot provide service to cusotmers and just want bill to be paid in time
