Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my earlier complaint regarding non maintenance of our society secretary and chairman. Already the owners had filed a complaint against them for misuse of society sinking fund and the Registrar directed them to submit the audited financial report during 2011. Now its been one year and they have not yet finalised the audit of financial report nor they show the accounts to the members nor conduct any meeting not even annual general meeting. They are least bothered about the society and are confident enough that our system is so poor that no action will be taken against them. Due to their negligence the condition of the society is deteriorating day by day. I as a member of the society since 2010 as I had bought the house during March since then have been taking to them verbally and then issued two letters to them for taking care of the society maintenance. Second letter in deatils was issued to the Chairman Mr. Suryakant Surve during May copy attached for ready reference as "Letter to Chairman May".

After that I had approached our local registrar office and submitted a letter to them during Nov for help copy included as "Letter to Registrar Dec" after which during Feb I received a letter from the Registrar stating that it does not fall under their workscope copy attached as "Reply from Registrar Feb".

The Secretary and Chairman are taking everything so casual as they are not interested in maintaing the building and their intentions are to hand over the soceity to some builder for redevelopment which indicates their selfish motive behind the act. Our society Ganesh park is a G 2 building having 4 room per floor i.e. 12 flats in total out of which only 04 members stay in the building rest are the flats are rented and the owners are not coming to the society for meeting or maintenance. There is no commitee formed only the Chairman and Secretary are the whole and sole decision makers. They are purposely trying to bring the building to such a stage that forcefully we have to vacant the premise. But the main problem is that there is no Conveyance Deed with the society and the builder has expired.

I am really fedup and worried due to the procedures to make people do their job with honesty. Neither they are giving the accouts nor are they conducting any meeting to hand over the society to form new commitee.

Kindly advise to teach them proper lesson.
