1. There has been substantial infiormation that there are financial irregularities in Haware Vrindavan ABD Towers CHS Ltd, Plot 52, Sector 9 Khanda Colony, New Panvel Navi Mumbai - 410206. Two of the Committee members - Secretary and Chairman of the Society have misappropriated society funds and have also sold their respective flats. Now they are in the process of shifting to another place - one Mr Kadam has purchased a CIDCO resale flat in Nerul and one Mr Deokar has purchased in Maharashtra.
They are now staying in Rent in the same flat.
It is a humble request to audit/investigate the afairs of this society for the last 5 years and recover the hard earned money of the society members.
2. The Secretary Mr Kadam and Chairman Mr Deokar harass the society residents by not supplying water for 24 hours by instructing the 'Waterman' Mr Ajay who does not pump water at regular intervals when CIDCO supplies water early in the morning. This is despite the residents paying very high maintenance charges collected in advance every month. The society also charges Interest if the dues are not paid by the 15th of the month @ 21 % p.a. for the same month.
3. Further, there is no separate individual letter box for each flat owner. There is one single box where the postman delivers the letters and the 'Waterman' Mr Ajay opens the common Post box for letters once in every 15 days and delivers the same to the residents'flats at his own time. This results in delay of receipt of letters from utility companies and the residents end up paying the late fees due to no fault of theirs. The members have to fight with the service providers for bills for payment and as a result end up paying late charges due to non-receipt of bills. Actually the 'Waterman' accumulates the same and does not deliver it to the members due to reasons best known to him. The bills definitely arrive on time but are not delivered. This is despite he being paid a good amount towards his salary. This same person does not pump water at regular intervals.
4.The builder - Haware Builders also has erected some structures which were not in the original plan with CIDCO. This has of course been done by bribing the Officials - NANO Commercial complex is a result of this as is 15 storey Tulsi Tower inside the Complex whereas in the Original Plan there were only 7 storey towers.
5. There is a parking scam going on in the Society where lots of money are being collected from the society members for Stilt parking. The parking lot is not fully developed and the funds may be misappropriated
6. The Society has not yet given the Share Certificate and other important documents like Conveyance to the flat owners despite several reminders to the Chairman and Secretary of the Society. The Society was registered on 6th March
7. High Maintenance Charges are being charged by the Society as compared to other societies in the same vicinity. The former Chairman Mr Bharat Dalal and former Secretary Mr Ranjit Kumar Manna had suggested the society members to contribute higher amouns towards maintenance and then after 5 years
the Society will move towards zero maintenance charges as the interest will take care of the expenses.
However till date the maintenance has only increased and not decreased. Residents are paying double the rate as compared to other housing societies in the same vicinity
8. With the funds contributed from residents the Society can easily afford to go in for installation of Solar Panels which can provide relief from Load shedding resorted to by MSEDCL in this area
We request the Registrar of Co-operative Societies to take action immediately against these erring officials and save the residents from daily harrassment and torture
