Garbage Collection

Dear Sir/Madam...

The Garbage is becoming a nuisance in our locality (CK Garden). The Garbage collection person leaves the Garbage trolley in front of our houses inspite of we telling that lady not to do so... Sometimes she come late for collection and by then the garbage collection van would have already left. The stray dogs just pick up those bags and spread them all over the road. It is not healthy for we residents. Can you do something about this. Why can't they have just one collection place and all the trolley can be kept there for collection. It should be kept in a place away from the place where people are residing. Please consider this as this is a health and safety issue.
