Improper Behaviour of MTNL staff

I am living in Delhi. I went to the mtnl office in sector9 on 18th dec.2009 for submitting the application for the disconnection of my landline and the internet connection but the staff refused to take the application. Their behaviour was very rude towards me. On 26th dec.2009 I went their again for the same reason but they took only the aplication for the disconnection of the internet, they did not took the application for the disconnection of my landline. I have taken the scheme of the N-OYT-S (senior citizen).

Kindly disconnect my internet connection as well as the landline number i.e. 01127867804 as soon as possible.
