Mr. yogesh owner of A-11, New Moti Nagar, KARAMPURA, New Delhi - 110015, has been doing the business of REPAIRING & SERVICING OF AUTO-RICKSHAW in the name of BALAJI ELECTRONICS and also selling its spare parts, besides this he repairs the car batteries & recharges them which causes the emission of extremely harmful gases. Moreover, his working place is passed only for mixed land use, under this category he is prohibited to do the above mentioned business, he keeps 10-15 vehicles parked in the area which blocks theservice lane, footpath & road, he has also covered the public land which creates lot of disturbance and inconvenience in the area.
regarding this, I have already registered the complaints with
