Illigal tower of idea at apt.roof

I came to know through newspapers and media that the BIHAR GOVT going to take action against illegal tower constructed by different telecom co.

One of among illegal tower no.106 of IDEA constructed with the help of m/s APRANA ENGICON AND ARCHITECT PVT LTD though managing director mr.kamlesh kumar singh and ADTYA BIRLA TELECOM LTD.

The tower is situated on roof of LEENA BHIBHA APT. PLOT NO.61 KHATA NO.159 TAUZI NO.5281 MAUZA RUKANPURA VIJAY NAGAR P.O.B.V.COLLEGE CAMPUS PATNA 14

The agreement made on 10 th sep.2007 at patna.

For removal of tower letter was given to ADIYA BIRLA TELECOM LTD on 16/02

But no action has been taken till now

Kindly look in to matter and take necessary action
