I have rented my flat, now society chargong all regular chanrges in maintanace plus non- occupancy charges also. i want to know is it fair by socirty law in maharashtra.

Below are the monthly charges :

1) Water charges 2) mainatance cahrges 3) Sinlking fund 4) Repair fund 5) Non Occupancy 6) Building Charges.
