Sir,
karaikal beach is realy a marvellous atmoshere to spend few minutes there likes (trawler bay, casurina trees, backwater&mangrooves along with few migratory birds), but in recent times we had observed few miscreants abusing the environment thro thrash, liquor bottles, papaer cups etc and even few disturbing birds.its time to stop or it will turn into a garbage dump. pl govt pondi look into this! if possible?
