Society Secretary humiliated many by pasting notices to doors for society maintenance overdue. Notices are purposely pasted on door & were not given in person to bring humiliation & shame to the concern house owner or renter. On asking about this at society office, office clerk showed the authority that it was done by him on instruction from secretary. Also, he insulted by shouting & misbehaving like gundad while he just a paid clery out of society maintenance. On escalating the matter to secretary concern, he showed the same behavior & said the clerk is instructed to misbehave to recover the maintenance. Also, he said that he will not let us enter the society if maintenance is not paid.
I want to know if above act is under the authority of a secretary appointed by members only. Is it not a criminal act? Whom should i approach?
