Fake website, Charged 5000 s. for renewal of my wards passport

During searching for renewal of passport I got this website and applied for renewal of my wards passport & paid 2500 Rs. for one candidates & paid 5000 for two candidates & got appointment letter & receipt but due to some problem I could not go for renewal, now when I am trying for renewal web site is also not working, contact is also not working and
