With due respect and humble submission I would like to state the following few lines for your kind copnsideration and favourable action please.
EXM'S MULTIPURPOSE SERVICE is providing security guards to BSNL, Rajkot since Apr. I am security guard of the said agency and deployed at Kalawad Road Tele exch since Jun. and also served as supervisor from May to Mar. Since the comencement of contract i have not seen director for single time. The director has not followed any rules for the purpose. Following details requires your serious investigation so that in future no one do such things:-
(a) Director has subleted his contract to Mr BR Choudhary, Mob No. 09810195460 and office No
01126194634 & 01126194689.
(b) Mr. Mohan Ram Choudhary is rep of Mr. BR Choudhary. His Mob No is 09427606935 &
09825971440.
(c) Director has given power of attorney to Mohan Ram Choudhay. This person signs all the bills
and correspondance on behalf of Director.
(d) Since the commencement of contract Rs. 5000/- only paid to security guard (ESM) excluding
EPF & ESI.
(e) Director has not adhered the wage structure promulgated by DGR from time to time.
(h) The said agency has not employed ESM as per DGR guide lines. 17 civilians are employed at
present. and they are paid Rs.4000/- and rest of Rs. 1000/- goes in the pocket of Mr Mohanram
Choudhary.
(j) It is very surprising that out of 59 guards no one knows the name of Director including me
because we all are operated by BR Choudhary and Mohanram choudhary.
(k) Director has not hold a singal meeting with the principal employer during his entire contract
period.
(l) Payment of all emoluments due to the employees is not paid on 7th of every month.
(m) Printed copy of our monthly salary entitlement and annual statement of pay entitlement during
entire contract period. Salary is not disbursed to the employees by cheque in the presence e of rep of
the principal employer.
(o) Police verification of the employees is not carried out by the agency.
(p) Proprietor has allmost violeted all DGR Rules and regulation.
(q) Rs. 8406.56 (Rupees Eight thousand four hundred six and fifty six paisa. is claimed per guard.
you are requested to intimate what is payable amount to the ESM. It is for your kind information that
agency has not reviewed the rates as per DGR guidelines. becouse of this ESM faces financial loss.
