EPF DEDECTED BUT NOT DEPOSITED TO EPF OFFICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Pankaj Tiwari worked with M/S SVS Security Pvt. Ltd. (security services, manpower supplier) over 5.0 years, now while I want to withdraw my EPF amount which the firm deducted from my salary & another part has not been found in EPF office, I have submitted all the forms related to EPF withraw system 3 times (Form 10C & 19) in EPF office but nothing happened. nobody is taking any resp. to solve my problem, where I spent 5.0 year of service with above mentioned firm. please take a necessary action to solve my problem.
