Many Sim are booked in my name by Sourav Telecom

I have a no of vodafone (9051215114) from Sourav Telecom, Sarangabad Battala, Kolkata. But the shop use my document for many others no. So I have some problem. I request you please diconnect the all no of vodafone which are use in my name except my original no 9051215114. The other no are going to antisocial, they are used the no for crime purposes. So I request you take appropriate step as soon as possible & relief the unavoidable circumstances.
