I was tagged as AWOL and bieng terminated by the BLUEMAN security agency without undergoing due process (issuing of NTE and suspension) they did not let me heard my side first before dismissing my employment with them. In addition. I was expecting to recieved my last pay last 03-15-2023 plus the 15 days salary ban that I will only get once I decide to leave the agency and and will served as my backpay once i accomplished my clearance. I contacted the agency on the exact day of the payout (03-15-2023) to asked payout time.one of the agency head officer answered the call and told me that I need to report to the office of the said agency to talked about my salary since I was tagged as AWOL. also, I was told that the office relocated from sampaloc manila to marikina city, the person I was talking to the other line was about to end the call when I asked for the new complete address in marikina since they are asking me to report to office personally and told me that they will just text me or send me a message in my messenger with complete new address of the agency. I waited for they're update but 3 days passed and did not recieved any chat or text from them. In that 3days that passed. I also tried calling and texting and even sending them message in the messenger about the address unfortunately, they intentionally don't pick up the call. I just need help to claim atleast my pay and my salary ban. Thank you
