I am a Army Officer from Jhansi..I have purchaged a Aqua Sure water purifier in March..from Jhansi. After few months it started giving problems..I called up service centre and they repaired that. Again after some time same problem occur. Then they changed some thing..After some time again problem occurs..Now I told them to change the brand and give me other..But again they repaired it..Nowagain I am facing problem since last one month... Now I again told them to change the product. But this time they are saying that your warrenty has expired..My point is OK MY WARRENTY HAS EXPIRED, BUT IT IS AQUA SURE WHO EXPIRED MY WARRENTY.BECAUSE WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS IN WARRENTY AT THAT TIME THEY NORMALLY REPAIRED AND AFTER THE EXPIRING THE WARRENTY NOW ANSWER IS YOUR PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRENTY.. SO it is again requested from the Aqua Sure that do needfull keeping in view my problem...
