I appointed Aqua Water Solutions for AMC of my RO system at home. Whenever the service is due I have to call them up hundred of times to send an engineer but they never respond. They seem to be very incompetent and inefficient. Presently it is already 10 days since registering my complaint and no one has come to service my RO. Everyday they say that it will be done tomorrow. I wish to cancel the contract and get my money refunded.
