Dear Sir/Madam,
This complain is regarding Misbehavior of Shopkeeper at Archies Gallery (address mentioned below) with a woman. The incident happened on 6th March approximately at 6:30 PM. My wife visited their shop and purchased a greeting card. After making the payment of Rs.100, she was expecting change in return. When she received torned currency, she refused to accept the same. This happened twice and then the shopkeeper Mr Anwar Sota (name collected from internet listing) and his wife both started abusing her with bad words. They did not return the money and the greeting card is also not handed over. We are very disturbed and want to register complain on this incidence. The money is small but the behavior of shopkeeper is not acceptable. Not sure if we can register the complain with Police, thought this forum can help. Appreciate any kind of cooperation so that shopkeeper would think when behaving with customer.
