Product not received even after 3 months from the time of placing orde

Hi,

I had placed an order for trolley bag on 7th Aug and my order # is 282513 (product code i104). Today it is 8th Nov i.e exact after 3 months & even today I have not recd the product.

At the time of placing order I was told that it will be delivered in 3 weeks time i.e approx by end of August. I was ok with it as I wanted to travel during mid of September. When it did not reach me till Sept 1st week, I called to check the status

1st Call – In Sept – Deepika Sharma, Gurgaon - I was told that your product has been sent from our end to the courier company, however as there is some issue is going on with the courier company it is taking time to delivered to you. Further she also added that it is expected to be resolved very soon & shud get it within 10 days from today. (I had to accept, as I had no choice to it)

As I was travelling cud not follow up during the month, hence the next call was direct in 1st week of Oct.

2nd Call – In Oct - Don’t remember the name – The executive said that the issue has been resolved recently & all the pending deliveries are now being taken care of. Yours is also in the queue & will be delivered to you very soon. Again the 10 days promise was made to me. I insisted on having a confirm delivery date, to which he did not had any answer. Further requested to speak to the one of the senior to confirm my product delivery status, but was informed that they don’t have any facility to divert/transfer the call to their senior.

3rd Call – Mid Oct – Don’t remember the name – Again the same story that b’coz of the courier issue is not yet delivered, which should be…..rather it will be delivered very soon to your door step. Further he also added the stock for the blue color bag is over (which I had ordered for), hence I will either get it diff color or I need to select the other product. I accepted the color change & opted for the red color bag.

4th Call – 8th Nov – Manasi – I asked her the status & she replied that it will take some more time. This time instead of asking her the more time & problem I asked for the no & the exact dates of the calls I made to them for follow up. After hearing that she SIMPLY DISCONNECTED MY CALL. Is this kind of customer service they provide???

When called again after that, it is on hold for more than half n hour & no customer service representative come on line to attend the call. (I made 4-5 such long call with 15-35 min of holding). The waiting tape says that,

• “we are sorry for the inconvenience of keeping you on hold”…….do they really care about the inconvenience caused to us??

• “your call is important to us”……...30-35 min of hold, this is how they treat the important call??

• “we appreciate the opportunity to serve you”……………..what do they really mean by this??

• “thank you for holding”………that height of irresponsibility

Apart from the inconvenience and frustration due to this, I have also suffered with monetary charges on my ICICI credit card payment. As I did not receive my product in time, I did not pay the amount to ICICI which was due in 1st week of Sept. I had informed ICICI customer service in advance that I will the respective payment ie. Rs.2090/ (product price rs.1990/- delivery charges rs.100), as I have not recd the product. The day I receive it from AVA, the same day I will pay the amount to ICICI without fail, as I don’t intend to delay it from my end. I have not yet paid the above amount to ICICI Credit card, however the credit card department is charging me the late payment fees on that amount, which I don’t want to pay.

I herewith request ICICI Credit card department that they must stop advertising such FAKE company thru them & recover such late payment fees from AVA instead of the customer who’s always paid his/her due on or before due date without fail.

Please suggest me how do I get my product or money back from AVA asap & stop paying the unnecessary late payment fees to ICICI Credit card.
