My Consumer No is. B-20294, My Gas cylinder booking date is 31.12.2011 through SMS. My delivery date is 17.01.2012. Booking reg no. 323821 and Cash memo no. is 5120.

I am not yet received the gas cylinder from above mentioned concern till date.

Kindly took the necessary action from your end at the earliest.
