Lumia 710 is worst smartphone., which I purchased yesterday. what problem i am facing during the call [conversation] my phone either gets ''disconnected ''or goes into ''HOLD'',

in fact icons of '' END CALL '' or ''HOld'' are near the ear & mere touch of the ear skin end in end of call / call on hold.

I want nokia to re-solve this issue or pay my money back & take back the phone.

Over all it is a bad deal for customers
