POOR IN DELIVERY OF GAS ON TIME

I am residing at Raghavendra Nagar, Mysore. My Consumer No.is 23953 registered in M/s Siddhartha Gas Agency (Erstwhile M/s Sapthamatrika Gas Agency). Eventhough I have booked my gas after 45 days i.e., 02.03. the agency has informed that gas will be delivered by another 10 days. So the gas was delivered on 09.03.2010. It is learnt that the other gas agencies spread over Mysore will deliver the gas within 2 or 3 days. Whereas, this agency takes 10 days after booking of gas to deliver. If this is the case, what will be our plight having 2 small children going to school? There should be some responsibility in handling the services of the consumer. If we ask why the gas will be delivered late, the persons in the said agency will answer rudely, arrogantly and misbehaving manner. They say that "you can compliant to anybody, we don't care and nobody can do anything" and "we have seen thousands of customers like this, we don't bother". In this regard, we request you to kindly look into the matter and give proper suggestion and guidelines to the above said agency.
