I am regular customer of Bharat Petroleum. I always refill my cars at BP petrol pump with speed fuel wherever I am. But from several days/months I ask for Rs 1000/- speed petrol and the person at BP pump give me Rs. 999.88 even he never asks me to see zero set. Why should I get less petrol if I am paying money be it less by Rs. 0.12? When I asked for full amount petrol he replied " Zero can not be set, machine has some problem" & behavior was very rude. If he is giving me less petrol by Rs. 0.12 why can't give me more by Rs. 0.12. Moreover he told me not to come again. Is this the way talking to customer and manners of your firm.
