Pathetic customer service at their stores

Dear Sir,

I extremely saddened to find the pathetic condition of customer service you people have at one of biggest retail chain outlet, I got so many calls initially which made me believe that there is some one out there who is in really concerned about the customer service but later I found out it was just a eye wash. Please do wake up guys before its too late. I have too gone thru the same to get some solace that I am not alone. I like the way your Chairman comes on national channel to prove that he has really achieved the riches thru ethical means, hope he is made aware how people are misbehaving with customers at his stores and screwing up the brand value which he has acquired with lot of hard-work.
