Dear Sirs,
I would like to submit the following few lines regarding my painful experience with Bigbazaar. This is one and only trouble I faced with Bigbazaar since 2007. I am a loyal customer to Bigbazaar from 2007 and a completely rely on Bigbazaar for every domestic purchase till date and I experience the best shopping experience also. However, to my dismay this time when I purchased 2 Rice Bags from Bigbazaar, I have not received my goods instead of it I faced humiliation by Officials and staff of Bigbazaar, Super Centre, Ameerpet. They told that goods which were booked by me under home delivary was delivered. But in actual they were not delivered to me.
In this regard, at last I complained against this irresponsible manner at Customer Support Desk in Bigbazaar, Ameerpet. However, in grudge to my complaint again the delivary of 15 litres Oil can which I booked on 31-10 has been stopped inspite of reminder to them in personal visit to the stores on 02-11.
The references regarding my purchase and complaints are being forwarded to your good offices for your kind perusal and necessary action please.
