The Big Bazaar, Howrah outlet offered a scheme in July' that customers purchasing materials worth a certain amount would be given a mixer grinder as a gift to which I & K.Paul subscribed. But till sending this mail we have received only assurances from Mr. D Mukherjee & Miss Rakhi at the Customer Counter there and not the mixer grinder. They are putting the onus on their regional authority that they have not yet sent the gifts. Above this it appears that these people are enjoying our plight and it seems that some employee there has made the gift his own and making us run.
