WRONG COMMITMENTS

I am JAYANTA SADHUKHAN, given a currier consignment to BLUE DART currier (consignment number:

12987181642) dated on 24th JAN and they commit me to deliver on the very next day i.e. 25th JAN and they charged accordingly rupees one hundred forty, but after getting the consignment they told bangalore-560078 to kolkata-700110 (24hrs delivery) service is not available. so it will delivered on 27th JAN.

I complained once to kolkata office (complain no. 155286), but they remain silent
