Delay in gas delivery

Ear sir,

This is chandan kumar my Gas connection number is P15719, agency name is Blue flame gas agency, Janakpuri C-2D Market, Dukan No.6, .

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder before 12 days today but yet today there is I don't have received delivery from the distributor of Blue flame gas agency.

Kindly help me as soon as possible.
