I have brought a recharge coupon of Bsnl [EXCEL] for Rs.110/-. When I tried to recharge with this coupon, the error message was "Recharge not possible" I triet to reach the customer care services, and the operator kept sayoin "all routes are busy" I have been trying to call BSNL Customer Care from 5th Nov 1 p.m. Till now, i.e., 6th Nov 3.00 P.M, the operator just keeps saying that all the routes are busy. having tried from other phone numbers also, I am now lodging a compliant on the negligence and low standards of BSNL prepaid services. The customer care services also proves a waste of valuable resources.
