I have deposited my Nokia model no.7210. Sr. 3593490324428550670565 with battery no. 3820660037188132067 to the Nokia care centre, Chandrapur on 13/10 with the copy of Cash memo (within Warranty period both hand set & battery). My problem was regarding poor battery backup. The battery was getting discharged within overnight. The mobile I got on 20/10 in okie condition. The battary had been deposited for replacement. When I received my battery on 03/11 the Nokia care has provided me old battery without marking it on my Cash memo. After the use of mobile I still facing same problem--poor battery backup. The company Nokia we trust always & hope my problem must be sorted out.
