After Purchasing the above BSNL data card (Card No- 3327216294) I have never been able to use the same for very very Low Speed & poor services. I have complained many times & requested for disconnection but BSNL is sending the bill every month. In fact all other Service Providers disconnects the line if payment is not made even for one month. But BSNL knowing fully well that they will not get customers so they continue to pile up our bills although we intend that line must be discinnected without any additional burden of bills. Being a Govt company such practices are unethical. Pl disconnect my line which I am not using for last more than 10 months & writing vigorously for a solution. I am sick & canot come personally. You can send anybody to my home address, if any payment is due-Sirrender value of my Data card.
Pl ensure to disconnect the line immediately & apprise me otherwise it will be treated as an unlawful act beyond the wish of the customer. You can check even today the line/data card is not working but bill is being generated which is very undesirable & not being practiced by other Private Players in our Country.
