I AM SORRY TO INFORM THAT INSPITE OF MY REPEATED REQUESTS THE PROBLEM IN CHECKING UP OF USAGES HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED SINCE 05.04.2010... I HAVE GOT THE PASSWORD ALSO BUT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE SITE... FURTHER THE MODEM IS ALSO NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING EVEN AFTER THE CHANGE... EITHER THE POROBLEM IS WITH FAULT IN MODEM OR IN LINE... THE MODEM IS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE... PLS ARRANGE TO CHANGE AND USAGES FOR APRIL MAY PLS BE INFORMED TO ME... I WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY EXCEEDINGS THE USAGE LIMIT WHICH MAY PLS BE NOTED AND THE CONCERNED PERSON WILL BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRRACTICE WHICH MAY PLS BE NOTED...
