This is a complaint against lazy and careless conduct of BSNL Jaipur.
This is to bring in your notice that i was living in rented house in Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur till December there i availed services of BSNL and taken broadband services also for my use through phone number 0141-2336575.I had also purchased on WI-FI Modem there. On Dec i purchased my own house in Jaipur Marudhar Nagar Near Ajmer Road. There they said that your old connection will be disconnected and we will give you new connection of WLL because of non-availability of space in DP . I refused because there was clear cut loss of 500/- non-refundable deposit.
Then finally they transferred the phone in Nov with 0141-2352250.Broadband was also activated in this number but after few days broadband and after some days outgoing was disconnected.
Now they are saying that you disconnect the phone and we will connect new connection in 2-3 days.
I have gone to the local BSNL office 3-4 times only and my wife has gone at least 25-30 times (since i can't go to them in office hours.), but officials there are totally non-responsive and the long lag time is humiliating and embarrassing now. Requesting your quick action now.
