I have bought kuchina chimney 8 months back, while the time of purchasing sales person told me that we will get free life time service and after every 3-6 months services person will visit out home and clean up the chimney. No one has come as of now and the telephone number mentioned on the bill is not functioning, no one is picking up.
Kindly look into the matter so that other people are not duped by this company and its false promises. Also the necesary action against the same company
